Congratulations to Lizette Oviatt on achieving One-Star Director! Lizette is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, born and raised second generation. Her interests are her family - her children, husband, mother - and travel, of course! She enjoys visiting new places, making new friends, and making memories.
Lizette says, “Cruises are my favorite - all of the Caribbean, Alaska, Mexican Riviera, and soon Northern Europe! I have been to Amsterdam, Germany, Paris, London, Rome, Hawaii, Jamaica and Acapulco.”
On achieving success, she says, “Be patient and keep grinding. Never give up! Always be available to your organization. Stay focused on your WHY. I achieved my success at PlanNet Marketing by keeping it positive! And a fun fact about me? I love making people laugh!”
Congratulations to Lekia Harmon for achieving membership in the 60/60 Club! Lekia shares, “When joining this business I set every goal that I have accomplished. I already have written down all of my goals for the year. If you don’t have goals to reach, then what are you working for?
“Set goals, work on them, and achieve them. No one can stop you from getting to the top but yourself. Remember what your ‘Why’ was when you first started. Take that ‘Why’ and make it your driving force to make it to the next level.”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Norman and Chanee Anderson to the 40/40 Club! This husband and wife team works both of their businesses, as they enjoy meeting people and sharing their love for entrepreneurship and travel. They tell us, “Since we’ve been in PlanNet Marketing, we have explored about a dozen countries and have made countless memories together. In addition to travel, we have become One-Star Directors, Gold Members Plus, 4 and Free members, as well as recently qualifying for the March Madness contest for the signed baseball and the Braves game invitation!
We are PlanNet Proud and will continue to share our personal success story and extend the opportunity for entrepreneurship.
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Brigitte Harding to the 40/40 Club! Brigitte tells us, “If you'd told me a year ago, or even this past summer when I signed on as an ITA that I'd be rocking a team of 40 direct sign ups, I never would have believed you! I had initially said "no thanks!" to the network marketing side of the company. Thankfully my mentor, Dawn Mosley, knew I'd have to come around to it on my own, and she's been there cheering me on every step of the way! When I get frustrated and down, my upline from Dawn to David Felgar to Jenn Smith to Cindy Bruggeman and beyond has been nothing but amazing! They make this an environment that is a joy to be a part of!
It is work, and it takes effort, but I truly enjoy what I'm doing and look forward to each interaction! I can't stress how important it is to make genuine connections. Your prospects will be your team. They will become your friends. Go the extra mile and make a genuine connection with the people you're talking to about your business. It makes it more enjoyable for everyone involved!”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tara Martin to the 20/20 Club! Tara is from Birmingham, AL, where she currently lives. Her interests are traveling, traveling, and more traveling! She says, “Last year, I’ve traveled more than I ever have in my life. I enjoy traveling solo, and this year I will be going out of the country for the first time! I’m making it a goal to travel at least once a month this year.
“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing by keeping God first and showing others that it’s okay to walk by faith. This company has truly changed my life, and I share that with everyone! The key is to stay consistent, be transparent, set expectations, and follow up!
A fun fact about me is that I am a foodie and love to sing (can’t sing! Lol).
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was raised in Somerville, Alabama. I currently live in Harvest, AL with my loving husband, Lester Davis, and we have three kids and one grandbaby.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since I started my business, I’m doing things that I thought I could never do in this business.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My family…seeing how my parents had to work their entire lives. Understanding I don’t have to do the same. I want to show my kids they have options.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Spencer Romine, my father. No matter what the situation was, he made sure he provided for his family. I am where I am today because he prepared me to work hard and go after what I want!
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Passionate, Fun, Caring
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don’t let anyone tell you what you cannot do!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years I will be completely debt free and just being able to travel when I want to and not when someone tells me I can.
Chairman Donald Bradley recognizes One-Star Directors when they achieve the 150 mark in their team building and are on their way to Two-Star Director. Mr. Bradley will work closely with each Director 1.5 to help them reach the Two-Star level!

Meet one of the PlanNet’s newest One-Star Directors, Abigail Jenkins! Abigail shares that she is from a very small village in West Wales, UK. “It’s very remote, but beautiful, and I love it! I’ve always loved natural beauty and perhaps that’s where my love of travel has come from - experiencing new places, new landscapes, and new cultures.
“As well as being passionate about travel, I’ve also always been passionate about being ‘different’ - resisting the 9-5, encouraging people to look for a different solution, and so looking back it seems obvious that this business is such a perfect match for me!
“I’m a very authentic person; I believe in being me, and I think that’s had a huge part to play in my success so far in this business. A huge part of building a team is building relationships and the easiest way to do that is by being yourself. People are not attracted by buzzwords and generic recruitment tactics; they are attracted by a story that resonates with them, and so that is what I present.
“I guess I have reached this position quite quickly; it was only eight months ago since I decided it was time to put my head down and treat it like a business, and since then I have spent every spare second on it…of course you can achieve success at your own pace, but my pace is all in! I’ve made sacrifices along the way, I guess, but I have enjoyed every single moment and seeing the impact that my efforts are having on other people is worth every second of my time and energy.
“I don’t think I have ever been this passionate about anything and I believe 100% that this business can give you anything you want it to...you just have to want it.”
