‘Tis the Season… with the New Year right around the corner, you should head to your Virtual Office today to make sure all of your personal contact information and taxpayer information is up to date.
As a Rep with PlanNet Marketing, it’s your responsibility to provide us with up-to-date information concerning you and your business.
Shortly after the New Year, PlanNet will be sending a 1099 tax form to all those Reps who earned $600 or more USD in 2017. It is your responsibility to provide a valid Social Security or Taxpayer ID number and to pay local, state and federal taxes on any income generated as a PlanNet Rep. If you need to update your taxpayer information, please complete a W-9 form (available in your Virtual Office under Resources) and email the signed, completed document to email@example.com.
Reps living outside the United States must complete a Form W-8BEN (available in your Virtual Office). By signing Form W-8BEN, the foreign contractor is certifying that he or she is not a U.S. citizen or required to pay US taxes.
