Q:  How do I change the date that my monthly and/or mobile app autoship is paid?

A:  PlanNet Marketing does allow a one time date change for either autoship process. If you wish to change the date that your monthly or mobile app autoship payments process, email the requested date change to support@plannetmarketing.com. You may choose any date between the 1st and 28th of the month. Please provide the full name, username or user id, and the date that is being requested. You will receive a reply email when the change is complete.
