1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in the UK and have lived most of my life in very rural parts of Wales – that has meant that I often had to commute for work, and so have worked all over the South Wales region, as well as the Midlands and London – spending a huge amount of time on the road. When you’re stuck in your car most of the time, there isn’t much you can do in terms of developing hobbies and pastimes, but it is where I fell in love with self-development, TED Talks, audio books, and the concept of keeping a healthy mind.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, I think I have finally found my home for putting years of self-development into practice, and I now get a huge amount of joy from helping other people and watching them move from their first steps in the business to flourishing as leaders in their own right. This has given me the reassurance I need to stay focused and dedicated and to further invest in developing myself.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Obviously my five children are a big driver for me; it’s an amazing feeling to be able to take them on trips to see some of the world and to show them that they don’t have to be stuck in a 9-5 job until they are 65! But also, my own future is a huge factor too! Over the last two years I have lost some people I was very close to, people my age that I was brought up with, and it’s a big wake-up call that actually we are not here forever, and we don’t know when our time will be up. What I do know now is that I am doing what I can to live my best life, to experience as much as I can, and have that priceless freedom that means I can fully enjoy every day.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
There are so many amazing role models in this business and in the wider business world, I wouldn’t be able to list them all! Of course in working the business, Chanelle and Terry Fry are huge role models – they are ordinary people doing such extraordinary things! I am confident in the knowledge that if I follow them, I will enjoy the same successes! Outside of the business, I am a huge Grant Cardone fan; his refreshing philosophy on business fits with my belief that we too easily believe the rhetoric we are conditioned with as kids, and his energy is infectious! Definitely worth a listen if you have not heard of him already.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Driven, Excited, and Passionate

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Other people’s opinions do not pay your bills. Do not let them dictate your future. Be bold, be brave, and your results will be brilliant.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Amazing! I’ll have a number of different properties and a private yacht and I will be travelling around Europe helping and training people to be successful in this incredible business. I’ll have Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond and Double Diamond rings, as well as a Rolex! There will be many stars on my jacket, but I will still be humble and will still take the time to sit down with anyone who wants help. I will give them the attention and support they need to create for themselves a plan to secure their future happiness and I will celebrate their success with them as they follow their plan and reach their goals.
