I am a native of Jackson, MS turned Georgia peach, and am currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. I am an Emergency Room physician who has a deep passion for healing the mind, body and soul. My current interests are traveling, creating, sports, spending time with my family and collecting perfumes. I have been afforded the opportunity to have visited a vast variety of beautiful places both in and out of the country. These include places such as Florida, the Florida Keys, New York, Las Vegas, Tennessee, Cancun, Cozumel, Cabo, the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Haiti, etc.
"I have been with PlanNet since February. My success has been from being independently self-driven but also has been from an extraordinary coach turned Director, Theresa Bowman Shufford. By my fourth day with the company, I was in bootcamp with her. She helped me gain a better understanding of the operations of the business and also stretched me to get out of a comfort zone that was holding me back from truly being the best me.
"My biggest tip would be to get plugged in to groups, company meetings, events, boot camps, etc. We are individual business owners but we all need support and inspiration, which helps us reach our goals and soar!
"A fun fact about me is that I was born with 11 fingers!!! Now, I only have 10! Additionally, because I work in the ER, I treat everything from a stubbed toe to major traumas. I’m not afraid of any of that. But if you try to give me a flu shot or any other shot, I am extremely afraid of that!"
