1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I am from Birmingham, Alabama. I like spending time with family/my dogs, traveling and going out to eat.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
This business has helped me take baby steps out of that zone of being an introvert. Connecting with and building relationships with my team over the last few years has been a big step out of my comfort zone.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My motivation is my bank account! :) I need to see more digits consistently! lol
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
When it comes to the PlanNet Family, there are so many that I admire, but to name a few I would say Felecia Miles because of her drive, Letoria Mayberry because she's always so professional and humble, Angelica Turner because her positive energy is unmatched and Natalie Graham. Again, that's only naming a few!
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Ambitious, optimistic, and driven.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My advice is to believe in yourself, set goals and stay positive. Keep shooting for your goals. If you miss them, set a new date and go for it again. Don't give up. Always speak positivity into your team.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, my goal is to be a Three-Star Director with at least three Directors in my organization.
