1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, where I still reside today. I’ve been married to my amazing husband, Kwasi Harper, for 25 years, and together we have two adult sons and a teenage daughter. Family is everything to me. In addition to my love for travel, I enjoy curling up with a great psychological thriller, hosting game nights, and volunteering in my community. Our family-run landscaping business even gives back by helping local seniors maintain their yards, a simple but meaningful way to serve.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, I’ve grown in every area of my life, as a wife, a mom, and most importantly, as a person. I didn’t always believe I could lead or inspire others, but this journey has unlocked a level of confidence I didn’t know I had. I no longer just dream. I know my goals are within reach because I fully believe in my potential.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me now is freedom. I recently retired early from corporate life, and my motivation is never having to go back.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I wouldn’t say I have just one role model. I pull inspiration from powerful people who lead with purpose and uplift others. But truthfully, I’ve had to become the role model I didn’t see growing up; someone who breaks barriers and leads by example
5. The three words that describe me best are:
If I had to describe myself in three words: Bold. Visionary. Unstoppable.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
If I had any advice to give, it’s this: Seek discipline and feed it daily it will protect your vision from distractions. Celebrate small wins to grow your belief, and you’ll become unstoppable.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years I am helping thousands secure financial, time, and personal freedom. I am a Fireball, an Impact Player, a Crown Award recipient, Diamond 
and Rolex-wearer. I am completely debt-free, walking in my purpose, and building a powerful legacy for my family and my community.
