There are NO AGENTS on your Team

PlanNet Marketing Reps sell the InteleTravel home-based Independent Travel Agency (“ITA”) business. The PlanNet Marketing Rep, in addition to selling the InteleTravel business opportunity, may also choose to build a Rep organization and earn override commissions on Reps in their organization who do the same.

     1. Reps SELL ITAs.
     2. Reps SPONSOR/RECRUIT other Reps.

According to the PlanNet Marketing Compensation Plan, a Sponsor is “a Rep who enrolls another Rep.” A Rep who sells an ITA is just a “Selling Rep.” Agents are not sponsored.

As a Rep and a Sponsor and maybe a Bronze, Silver or Gold Builder – you need to catch this – you DO NOT have any travel agents on your team. You are the leader of a team of REPS.

What do Reps DO? How should they support their Team?

Reps DO train on team building and selling the ITA.
Reps DO NOT train on selling travel or travel destinations.

Reps DO support their team of Reps as they sell ITAs and build an organization.
Reps DO NOT support travel agents who need help navigating their agency or booking travel.

Reps DO create chats and groups for their team of Reps.
Reps DO NOT host any private communication for travel agents.

Reps DO say “My team has sold _____ travel agencies.”
Reps DO NOT say “I lead a team of ____ agents.”

Reps DO point Travel Agents straight to InteleTravel.
Reps DO NOT have to worry – InteleTravel are EXPERTS and train their agents well!
