Some of you are out here acting like I’m out to get you and your business. The reality could not be further from that view.
COMPLIANCE IS COMING TO SAVE YOU.
I’m the Superhero in this scenario (ok maybe not that, but a girl can dream.)
Compliance isn’t here to condemn, it’s here to shine a light on anything that could keep you and your business from succeeding.
My compliance team and I have a goal – to serve our Reps! Truly we want to see you succeed. Here’s the thing – we have different ways of looking at that success.
Reps want to get the word out about their business. They want to pique interest and post things on social media that might be pushing the limits because it shines a light on what they’re doing! We love that creativity and we DON’T want you to stop!!!
Reps are the reason we have a business to protect. Without you, I wouldn’t have a job.
My job is to look over all that creativity and make sure it follows “the rules.” There are many things implied in that “the rules” phrase. PlanNet Marketing has policies and procedures that must be followed. Our partner, InteleTravel, has regulatory and vendor agreements to adhere to. Local governments have their own set of laws and regulations. There are many things to consider when running a business. Reps cannot personally know it all or consider it all. That is where I come in. I can’t know it all or consider it all either, but I try to correct the IMPORTANT things.
Things you might not know about Compliance: We don’t see it all. I see many, many posts, comments, flyers, websites, all day, every day. But with over 80,000 PlanNet Marketing Reps selling our product – I cannot see every post or review every website. I’ve built tools to help you and your team succeed without my constant oversight.
My team and I do review as much as we can, and we correct those who need some correction. Our primary focus in every interaction we have – is education!
Slapping your hand and telling you “don’t do that” only changes today’s post. It doesn’t explain why you shouldn’t post that way again tomorrow. PlanNet Marketing Compliance strives to share WHY we are asking you to change a post or remove something from a flyer, or update the text on your website. We want to educate you to move forward with confidence.
