Compliance Corner

Are you a Rule Follower? Or a Rule Breaker?

There are some situations that require us to break the rules and do our own thing, and there are other situations that require us to know and follow the rules – for our own good and the good of others.

The PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures is a list of all the rules of PlanNet Marketing – rules we promise to follow, and rules we expect you to follow, as a Rep. When you enroll with PlanNet Marketing via our website, you fill in a bunch of info to create your account, credit card info to pay for your monthly hosting fees, and you check several boxes “agreeing” to many things – one of those things is the IR Agreement or Policies and Procedures. You agree to follow all of our rules without question. Yes! Really! You agreed! So, maybe you should know what those rules are? Probably a good idea.

A few times each month I write about some of those rules, I explain them, their benefits to you, their benefits to PlanNet Corporate, and their benefits to all our Reps in the field.

Please make sure that if you’re assisting your prospects in signing up via our website, that you share the Policies and Procedures document with them – because they agreed to follow those rules too! Better yet – let THEM do the online sign-up and just talk them through it. That way, they see the enrollment page, process, and the things they are agreeing to – like recurring billing and following the rules.

The Policies and Procedures document is EASY to find! You can visit the Information Center in your Virtual Office, click “Resources” and then the Policies and Procedures document, or you can email Compliance@plannetmarketing.com and I’ll send you the most recent copy.

-- Policies and Procedures Section 2.2. located in your Virtual Office in the Information Center (go to Resources, then Policies and Procedures).
