PlanNet Marketing Doesn't Work with Travel Vendors

PlanNet Marketing has partnered with InteleTravel - the original at home travel agency, to offer our customers the BEST home-based travel business that they can work part-time, full-time, or anytime! Reps get a chance to sell a work from anywhere opportunity that allows people to turn their passion for travel into a business!

InteleTravel has been in business for over 30 years and has built some amazing partnerships with many travel vendors. They have Preferred Partners who are vendors offering great rates for all of InteleTravel's travel customers, and they also offer customers the opportunity to book with SO MANY vendors around the globe - cruises, hotels, car rentals, villas, flights, theater tickets, and so much more!

PlanNet Marketing Reps should NEVER use the name or logo of an InteleTravel partner or travel vendor to sell ITAs. PlanNet Marketing Reps do not have access to or relationships with any travel vendors. Only InteleTravel and their Agents can work with these companies.

PlanNet Marketing and InteleTravel have a long history of partnership and cooperation. InteleTravel also has a history of partnership and cooperation with their travel partners. In order to fully SUPPORT and encourage these relationships - Reps must respect the separation of our two businesses.

Now, as a Rep, you want to tell ALL the amazing things the ITA (your product) has to offer - I GET IT! There are compliant ways to share this.

1) Advertising the Sale of the ITA should never use travel vendor names or logos!

This means don't mention ABTA, ATOL, Disney, Marriott, Royal Caribbean, Tui, etc or show their logos. These companies only allow the use of their names to sell their own products - not to sell the ITA, which is our product.

2) Only the PlanNet Marketing Powerpoint Presentation can share vendor logos!

PlanNet Marketing has worked with our legal counsel and with InteleTravel to ensure all information shared within our presentation is clearly attributed to the correct company and clearly SEPARATE within the presentation. Reps should only use this presentation in its entirety - please DO NOT share individual slides or snippets. Share the whole presentation with your prospects so they can clearly see both businesses.

3) Be Careful with Comparisons!

When talking about the ITA and selling it, you should ALWAYS sell the income opportunity - that means talk about earning money by booking travel for others. Often Reps try to show comparisons of InteleTravel's rates and other companies rates. This really isn't necessary to selling the ITA, however IF you choose to use comparisons - do NOT show screenshots of the InteleTravel booking pages nor any competitors booking website. Neither InteleTravel, nor other booking companies allow the use of their website to show the value of the ITA. That is not a compliant way to show value and infringes on the copyrights of both companies.

4) Don't Speak to your Team about Travel Vendors or Bookings!

PlanNet Marketing Reps have a team. They work with other Reps to sell ITAs and support each other. InteleTravel Agents do NOT have teams - they work directly with InteleTravel for support and assistance. If you find yourself wanting to share travel vendor information or travel booking information with your team - STOP! It is completely non-compliant. No Rep should advise any Agent on booking travel or working with vendors. We must keep our teams Rep based only!

Reps tell me everyday, "Everyone out there wants to know, 'what's in it for me?'" Don't tell them how to save on their own trips - tell them we offer a business opportunity that sells ALL the travel their customers could ever want at competitive prices - and it won't cost those customers a penny more to book with an Agent! The price of the Agent's help is always built into the rate. This is a business for anyone who loves travel and helping others to travel more and save more - supplement your income, supplement your lifestyle!
