If you see someone post something in social media that you know is against company policy – send them a private message or private text with a friendly reminder about our rules.
If someone is struggling to get connected or they aren’t getting plugged in, maybe they’re doing everything wrong or maybe they’re doing nothing at all – whatever the situation, reach out, be a connection, work with them, help them find someone they enjoy working with, be that leader and help bring those around you up to the next level.
