PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Cherokee Kinzie to the 20/20 Club! Cherokee is originally from Denver, Colorado. She tells us, "I currently work and travel across the country as a Field Engineer in the renewable energy industry and am currently residing in Duncan, Oklahoma. My interests revolve around faith, family, travel, leadership, sports, and creating meaningful experiences. Spending time with my grandson, Major J, and creating memories with him is one of the things closest to my heart. I am also a huge foodie and love trying new restaurants, different cultures, and unique dining experiences wherever my travels take me. I am a big sports fanatic and a loyal Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets fan, so catching games and supporting my teams is always something I enjoy as well.
"Travel is truly one of my greatest passions. I absolutely love cruising and have traveled to destinations including Jamaica, Key West, Cozumel, Grand Cayman Islands, Cancun, multiple islands throughout the Bahamas, and many locations across the continental United States. One of my favorite destinations so far has been Maui, Hawaii. Every place I visit reminds me how much beauty there is in the world, and I am just getting started.
"Anything that strengthens and elevates my faith is important to me as well. My faith has carried me through many seasons in life and continues to guide both my personal journey and my business journey.
"One of the biggest reasons I have achieved success with PlanNet Marketing is because I stay plugged in. I believe in being connected to leadership, attending weekly and monthly trainings, participating in virtual events, and traveling to major events like Blackout, Summit, Locker Room trainings, and Convention. Even with a demanding full-time career, I make it a priority to be 'in the room' because proximity to leadership, mentorship, and growth environments truly matters.
"I also believe in staying coachable, following the system, remaining consistent, and most importantly, not quitting when things get difficult. Success does not happen overnight, but growth happens when you continue showing up, learning, and pushing forward even during challenging seasons. Following the PS3 system and surrounding myself with strong leadership and positive people has played a huge role in my growth.
"My advice to someone considering this business would be not to wait until you feel completely ready because most people never do. Growth happens while you are moving, learning, stretching, and figuring things out in real time.
"Stay authentic, stay teachable, and stay connected to your purpose. People connect with real people, not perfection. You do not have to know everything to get started. You simply need belief, consistency, and a willingness to grow.
"For me, this business became about much more than travel. It became about leadership, relationships, personal growth, healing, and building legacy. This journey reminded me that even after difficult seasons in life, there can still be purpose, joy, and new beginnings waiting for you.
"A fun fact about me is that I was adopted and have 14 siblings spread across the country. Over the years, I have also gained many bonus sons, daughters, and grandchildren through relationships, mentorship, and the connections I have built throughout life. I truly believe family is not always just who you are born to, but also the people you love, support, and grow through life with. I also always say my late son, Jaeln, is my silent business partner. His love for travel and his desire to build legacy for his son, Major J, played a huge role in inspiring me to start this business. In many ways, this journey is bigger than me; it is about purpose, family, and continuing a legacy through travel and entrepreneurship."
