"PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Emily Ferreira to the 20/20 Club! Emily tells us, "I’m originally from London and I moved out to Oxfordshire, UK just under four years ago. I always thought I was a London girl but I’ve grown to love the quieter more chilled vibe out here! Although I hope one day I’ll be living in a hot country.
"I’ve always had a passion for travel and holidays – naturally, or I wouldn’t be doing this! Add in a bit of shopping and sipping cocktails in the sun, and I’m in my element. For a long time, I craved something that was just for me, and this opportunity has given me exactly that. It allows me to be myself, connect with people (which I genuinely love), and make a difference in their lives along the way.
"As for travel experiences, Thailand is hands down my favourite holiday ever – such an amazing place, with so much to do! Although climbing Mount Batur in Bali for sunrise was honestly one of the best experiences. I’ve also been on a Virgin Voyage cruise, which was such a fun way to see loads of places in one go. Lately, I’ve stayed a bit closer to home, with Ibiza, the Greek Islands and Marbella being my go-to spots – I’ll never get tired of them!
"One of my favourite things about working with PlanNet Marketing is the OPPORTUNITY that is available to absolutely any of us! It really is possible for anyone to make their life better and create a future they could only dream of – if they really want it, of course! Some days it can be hard to keep that motivation – but nothing worth having comes easy!
"Achieving success at PlanNet Marketing is all about consistency and mindset. I show up every day, stay plugged into training, and stay connected with my mentors. I work closely with my team, helping them see the bigger picture so they can build their own version of success. Social media has been a game-changer for me – plus, being a Leo definitely helps! I’m fiercely independent, naturally driven, and when I’m passionate about something, I give it my all. Above all, staying authentic and sharing my personal journey has made the biggest impact.
"Tips or techniques:
- Stay coachable and plugged into your team.
- Set daily goals that are achievable.
- Use your story – it’s your biggest asset.
- Follow up consistently – people need to see that you’re serious.
- Celebrate all of the wins, no matter how big or small!
"Fun facts: I used to represent the county in cross country running whilst at school… nowadays I could just about run for a bus! I also LOVE Italian food - but I still haven’t visited Italy!"
