Lisa tells us, "I’m originally a proud product of Central Ohio, but for the last 12 years I’ve been living the dream in Cocoa Beach, Florida. There is something about the coastal energy here that just fuels the fire to build a life of freedom.
What lights you up outside of the business?
"I’ve always had a soul for exploration, but moving to Florida added a whole new dimension to that - I became a scuba diver. It wasn’t just a new hobby; it opened up 70% of the world that most people never get to see. When I'm not underwater or building my empire, I'm focused on the 10X mindset and helping others realize that financial independence is closer than they think."
Tell us about your passport stamps.
"I took a bit of a 'completionist' approach to travel - I didn't even look across the ocean until I had visited all 50 U.S. states. Once I checked that off, the world became my playground. My first international jump was Great Britain, followed quickly by an immersive tour of Italy.
Because of my love for diving, my travels have taken me to some of the most breathtaking spots on the planet - Australia, the Philippines, Palau, Roatan, and all throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. As a Master Cruise Counselor, I’ve seen the world from the deck of a ship and from 60 feet below the surface."
The "Secret Sauce": How are you winning at PlanNet?
"Honestly, I started this journey purely for myself. I already traveled the world and just wanted to book my own trips. Even as I started booking for others, I had zero interest in the marketing business - until I walked into that first convention in Orlando.
Seeing the scale of this opportunity changed everything. My tip for anyone starting out: Show up to the events. You can’t catch the vision if you aren't in the room."
What was the "Turning Point" for your quick success?
"It all came down to a mindset flip. I had to move past the 'MLM' label and realize that I am in the business of blessing people. Once I understood that I have the power to help people achieve true financial independence, the 'selling' stopped and the 'sharing' began. When you lead with the intent to help others change their lives, the success follows naturally."
Give us a fun fact!
"I’m definitely not afraid to dive into the deep end - literally. I once spent an entire week living on a boat, cage diving with Great White Sharks in Isla Guadalupe. If I can go eye-to-eye with a Great White, there is absolutely nothing in business that can scare me!"
