"Consistency is key in this business. Even when you don’t feel like it – do something to move the dial forward in your business DAILY (even if it’s just one conversation that day). This is the best advice I’ve received from my incredible mentors, and it’s advice I share with my own wonderful team. I thoroughly enjoy seeing people grow in confidence through their journey. Everybody has different goals, and that is ok. Be supportive of your team, but don’t lose focus on your own objectives. Regulate your reaction to the highs and lows. This business teaches us resilience, above all else.
