Natalie tells us, "I am a mother of six (three biological and three fostered) children, a new grandmother and the youngest of five daughters. I was born and bred in London, UK and have spent a few years living abroad between the USA and Antigua. My love for travel is like therapy. At age 50, I’ve visited 32 different countries by air and sea and love to embrace different people and cultures.
"As an entrepreneur, I look out for opportunity. I get overexcited at the thought of designing my own life the way I want it and love having the freedom to do this.
"My success in PlanNet Marketing stems from me realising a few things very early on. The first thing I wanted to do was help as many people in my circle to enroll and get myself to Gold Builder - as I don’t like leaving money on the table!!! I knew that if I could move quickly, it would encourage my team to do the same. The second thing I knew I needed to do was lock in from the onset and create a close-knit team. This was really important to me, because I knew a time would come when together we would face stagnation, and that’s when leaning in would become so important for my retention levels.
"I really enjoy being coached, working my business and coaching my phenomenal team. I see the differences when I focus with intention and when I get easily distracted. Because I am comfortable with the product, it’s a simple recommendation to others from me. I’m growing everyday as a coach and future leader and love to plug into my own self-development by reading books and attending as many webinars/seminars and training sessions as I possibly can.
"Pushing myself until I’m uncomfortable is something I’ve recently adopted. During March Madness, a small group of my team and I locked into 6 am and 1 pm IMVs and the DMOs straight after and throughout the day. We didn’t stop to go to bed until we reached our targets!! It was a little challenging at times, but we stood strong and pushed each other through. Thankfully our efforts have paid off, as within the last few weeks, I achieved 20/20 and DIT on the same day, two new Gold Builders and two Bronze Builders within my team. I feel like a proud mum."
