Congratulations to Oksana Shayda for Achieving One-Star Director!

Meet Oksana!

Congratulations to Oksana Shayda for achieving One-Star Director! Oksana tells us, "Originally from Ukraine, I now live in Detroit, MI with my family.  I am a mom of two beautiful children. I’ve always dreamed of traveling. I used to look at people who travel and think – how do they do it? How do they find the time? How do they afford it? And then one day, I saw a story from Ulyana. She was sitting in Mexico by the pool, with a laptop on her lap, saying: 'This is my office today.' That one moment changed everything for me. I thought – how is that even possible? I want that too! Well – I found out it is possible. And without hesitation, I joined the business.

"At first, I focused only on the travel business. Later I learned more about PlanNet Marketing – and when I finally understood the opportunity, I joined within two weeks. I was amazed. I never thought it was a scam or pyramid. I thought: This is incredible. Still, for the first six months, I didn’t fully commit. Life was happening – as it always does. There were kids, work, home, everyday struggles. There’s always something. It’s never the 'perfect time.'

"But one day, I said to myself: enough. I had already made the decision to join the business – now it was time to make the decision to win. And from that moment, everything changed. Just two months later, I became a Gold Builder – and my real journey started. It wasn’t easy. There were times I worked hard and saw no results. Times I felt invisible. But I kept going. Because people are watching. Your consistency matters.

"This business taught me: Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Create it. Don’t wait to be ready. Decide and start.

"My first big goal was One Star Director – and now it’s real. This is not just my win – it’s our win. A powerful, growing, passionate team. I’m so proud of our Ukrainian community. We’re not just building businesses – we’re making history.

"And none of this would be possible without strong leadership and teamwork. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank my mentors, leaders, and now close friends Ulyana Wojan and Yana Ponce. It all started with their belief and example. To my amazing team – thank you! Each of you played a role in this victory. This is our star – our shared achievement.

"If I could give one tip to someone just starting out, it would be this: Stay focused. Stay consistent. Don’t give up even when results haven’t caught up yet!"
