Congratulations to Parris Scott for achieving One-Star Director! Parris is originally from Norfolk, VA and currently resides in Chesapeake, VA. Parris tells us, "I am a longshoreman by trade. My interest include vacationing, bowling, baseball, football, trying new restaurants, and enjoying and creating memories with my family.
"My travel experiences: Being prior Military (World's Greatest Navy) I've traveled to multiple countries and islands throughout the Caribbean and Mediterranean for work, but now I get to see these countries and islands through another lens. I've been to Mexico, Costa Rica, St. Lucia, Greece, Dubai, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Spain, just to name a few places.
"How to Achieve Success: Keep God first, follow the blueprint, don't try to recreate the wheel, keep your WHY in front of you for those weary days, help people get what they want out of this business and eventually you'll get what you want. Come in and be a sponge to the leadership, BE COACHABLE AND REMAIN COACHABLE, listen more than you speak.
