I’m a Pilates teacher with a passion for movement, strength, and helping people feel their best. When I’m not teaching, I love finding new matcha spots, travelling of course and taking my dog to the beach! I’ve been lucky enough to travel all over the world and experience some incredible places, but my absolute favourite trip has to be Mauritius. The beaches, the culture, and the energy were unforgettable!
