Congratulations to Sam and Aleisa Rizo for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

Meet Sam and Aleisa!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Sam and Aleisa Rizo to the 20/20 Club! Aleisa tells us, "Samuel is a Kansas City, Kansas native, and I’m proudly from Kansas City, Missouri. When we got married, I may or may not have 'strong‑armed' him across the state line (lovingly, of course). Now we’ve settled in Blue Springs, Missouri, a KC suburb we’re happy to call home.

"Samuel has a wide range of interests and talents. He loves the outdoors: hunting, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking, but his true passion is working with his hands. Creating, building, and bringing ideas to life is where he really shines. As for me, I enjoy reading, writing, interactive attractions, and anything that brings our family together. If it involves connection, creativity, or making memories, I’m all in.

"Travel experiences: We're just getting our feet wet. We came for the residual and discovered travel in our journey, We like to make the most of free time so when we can, we pack our backpacks and travel where we can for a weekend. Our hearts though, are with cruises.

"We’re achieving success at PlanNet Marketing because we lead with people first. Our team is our foundation, and we show up for them every single day. We understand adversity, life happens, doubts creep in, and timing isn’t always perfect so we stay connected, communicate openly, and make ourselves available when it matters.

"Our biggest 'technique' is authenticity. Our team gets the real Sam and Lisa, and that transparency builds trust. Trust creates long‑lasting relationships, and those relationships create growth for everyone, not just a select few.

"If there’s one tip we can pass along, it’s this: Lead with consistency, communicate with honesty, and build a culture where everyone feels seen, supported, and capable of winning. That’s how we grow, and that’s how we help others grow with us.

"We love to have fun, especially with our big family. Everything we do and everything we’re working toward is for them. Sam and I have been married for 32 years, and we’re blessed with five adult children who are all married with families of their own, plus 22 amazing grandchildren who keep our lives full of joy and motion.

"And here’s a fun little extra: Sam and I have an ongoing basketball‑shootout rivalry. If we spot a machine, it’s game on. It gets competitive in the funniest way, and we always end up laughing."
