Congratulations to Shelly Navarro for achieving One-Star Director! Shelly is originally from the Philippines and currently lives in South Carolina. She tells us, "I’m a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience, and when I decided to move here in the US, my goal has always been a better future and more opportunities for myself and for my family. My interests include personal growth, spending quality time with my family, exploring coffee shops, coffee shop workdays, and chasing sunrises and sunsets in every new place that I go to.

"I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy different travel experiences, from cruises and beach destinations to Florida theme parks, as my kids love roller coaster rides. I don't do roller coasters though, but love the parades and fireworks displays in theme parks. Love cruising the most and the things that I love most about it are:  Listening to live music and watching shows at night after exploring a new zip code when arriving at new ports. Best of all, who would not love the fact that your bed is made, your room is clean, and have all your meals prepared and served to you everyday? I love meeting Filipinos while cruising, too. Super excited about our upcoming trip in the summer to Hawaii.

"I’ve achieved success at PlanNet Marketing by staying consistent, coachable, and plugged into the system. I didn’t try to reinvent the wheel; I focused on simple daily actions, learning from my mentors, and building real relationships. Attending events that I qualified for. Attended all the DITU meetings. Consistency always creates momentum. Celebrate daily wins. Believe in yourself. My biggest tip for others is to stay committed even when results feel slow. Also work with your coach, someone who will push you and will bring you to the front of the room. Days leading to Directorship resembled what we hear in the trainings: Being in the tunnel, shutting out all the noise, and working diligently with my coach and mentor, Dr. Lynette Soto. Also, personal development. Don't be like me who read Your First Year in Network Marketing in 2026, and I started as a PlanNet Marketing Rep in July 2023. Truly read the book in your first year. We are currently reading 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.
