PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Sian Haley to the 20/20 Club! Sian tells us, "I’m so proud to say that I’ve achieved the 20/20 Club with PlanNet Marketing! Originally from Essex, I now live in the West Midlands with my partner and our son. Life can be full-on — especially with my partner working in the sports industry. Between juggling his schedule, raising our little boy, and wanting to rebuild a successful business for myself, I needed something flexible, fulfilling, and future-proof. This business is such a no-brainer.
"Entrepreneurship has always been in my blood. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. My mum and dad had multiple businesses when I was growing up and they both taught me from a young age that if you work hard, it will pay off. That mindset shaped everything for me even from such a young age.
"Before PlanNet I was a corporate girlie, and then six years ago I left to launch my own fashion brand which I built from scratch. However, in late 2024, that business collapsed due to unforeseen circumstances and it was one of the toughest moments of my life but it taught me resilience, independence, and that setbacks can become stepping stones.
"I fell in love with PlanNet because it lets me build something on my terms, around my family and the things I love most: travel, wellness, fashion, and helping others. It’s given me the freedom to earn, grow, and still be present for my son, and to me that’s everything.
"My success has come from being consistent, authentic, and coachable. I treat my business like a business, show up daily, and lead with honesty and value. Success takes work, but when you’re building something that’s truly yours, it’s worth it.
"What’s helped me grow quickly:
- Consistency over perfection. Take action, even when it’s messy.
- Connection over selling. Share your story and be real.
- Coachability. Keep learning and apply what you’re taught.
"Now, I get to combine everything I love: building a business, travelling, investing in my wellness, and mentoring ambitious women (especially mums like me) who want freedom on their own terms.
"This journey has given me my confidence, my time, and my spark back and I’m passionate about helping others find theirs, too.
"Fun fact about me: By the time I was seven years old, I had lived in 3 different countries. I truly believe that’s where my love of travel and freedom started!!"
