PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tanzina Gazi to the 20/20 Club! Tanzina is from Luton, UK. She tells us, "I’m a mum of two girls and two cats, working in the corporate world. Fun fact - I’m a lifelong book lover and someone who can finish an entire romance or thriller in a day. I honestly don’t know how many books I’ve read in my lifetime, the number is probably scary!
"Growing up, we didn’t travel much beyond visiting Bangladesh, where my parents are from. My first real holiday (at a resort with a pool) wasn’t until I was 21. Now as a mum, I’m so grateful that I can give my children the experiences I never had. Although I may have overdone it, my eldest now believes that if a hotel doesn’t have a pool and a kids' club it’s not a holiday. I’m unsure if that’s a parenting win or a lesson learned!
"A huge part of my story is that I have ADHD, and being diagnosed this year during maternity leave has helped me finally understand how my mind works. It also explains moments like the week I hyperfocused so intensely that I helped 11 people join the business in just seven days and then took a week off from speaking to anyone new.
"I joined the business while on maternity leave, and it has been transformational. I’m passionate about self-improvement, fitness and running, and making myself a better person, and this business has amplified all of that. It’s made me more ambitious, more consistent, and more aware of my own potential. I genuinely didn’t know I had this in me before, truly!
"My success came from passion, belief, and being plugged in 100%. I took the time to understand the business, I listen to people who have succeeded and ask them so many questions and I truly believe in the power of this model… especially for women like me, mums and anyone who wants to create a better future for their families. When I speak to someone, they feel that conviction. I don’t fear rejection because every conversation teaches me something. I listen deeply to people’s lives and help them see how this can fit into their story and if it doesn’t fit, that’s okay!
"One of the things I care about most is empowering women. I spent too many years hearing my own voice saying 'I can’t,' and now I want to be the voice in others' ears saying, 'You can.' That sense of community really fulfils me. I want every single person who joins me to feel supported, understood, and capable.
"I didn’t expect to hit 20/20 so quickly, two months into the business, but I truly believe it happened because I’m passionate, consistent, and genuinely invested in helping my team succeed. This journey is fulfilling in ways I never imagined, and I’m so excited to see where it takes me next."
