Congratulations to Tom Paxton for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

Meet Tom!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tom Paxton to the 20/20 Club! Tom tells us, "I’m currently based in Stoke-on-Trent, UK, and originally from a small village in Scotland. I work full-time as a teacher while building my PlanNet Marketing business alongside my career. For me, it’s all about creating more freedom with my time and income, while building a lifestyle that allows me to experience more of the world - and this is just the start of something bigger.

"Travel is a big part of my life. I enjoy exploring new places - especially theme parks, Orlando, and cruises. I also run a YouTube channel where we document our travels, which has allowed me to connect with others who share the same passion. I love that this business also gives me the opportunity to help others - especially young mums and couples who want more freedom to travel and create their own adventures. For me, travel is about more than the destination - it’s about the experiences and memories along the way. Whether it’s theme parks, cruising, or planning the next trip, I enjoy both the journey and sharing it with others. I make it a priority to travel as much as I can, typically taking at least five trips a year and spending around seven weeks travelling in total.

"I’ve focused on keeping things simple and staying consistent - especially while working full-time. Showing up daily, sharing my journey, and having genuine conversations has made the biggest difference.

"My biggest shift was realising I was overcomplicating everything at the start. Once I simplified my approach, took consistent action, and stopped chasing perfection, my confidence - and results - grew.

"My advice is to stay coachable, trust the process, and take action, even when time is limited. Consistency builds confidence, and confidence creates results.

"I’m always planning the next trip - usually a cruise or Disney - and looking ahead to what’s next. I enjoy documenting it all and sharing the journey as I go, and I’m excited about where this business can take me in the future."
