From Nursing to Travel: A Journey Built on Purpose, Growth, and Freedom

By profession, I am a nurse with 32 years of experience, a career rooted in service, compassion, and resilience. Before stepping into nursing, I also worked in TV Broadcasting Sales and Marketing as an Account Executive—an experience that sharpened my communication, relationship-building, and business skills.
"I am married to a husband who is also a nurse, and together we are raising two incredible children. Our daughter has followed our footsteps into nursing and is also a travel agent, while our son is currently a high school senior, preparing for his next chapter in life. Family has always been my foundation and my motivation.
"Travel has always been more than just movement for me—it is a calling. I am deeply drawn to nature’s beauty, serenity, peace, freedom, diverse cultures, and the people I meet along the way. Every destination carries a story, a lesson, and a connection that stays with me long after the journey ends.
"I was introduced to the travel business in 2023 by one of my closest friends. While I immediately saw the potential, time was my biggest challenge as I balanced career, family, and life. In 2024, I made a conscious decision to start learning the business more intentionally—plugging into the PS3 system, educating myself, connecting with my local Director, and engaging with fellow reps/agents.
"As my understanding deepened—especially around the matrix system and the power of leveraged income—I felt called to share this opportunity with others who could also benefit from the travel business. What began as curiosity evolved into clarity and purpose.
"Looking ahead to 2026, my goals are clear: To reach 20/20 Club, achieve DIT, and continue building and supporting my organization. Along this journey, I’ve learned the importance of consistency, simplicity, and community—following the system, staying plugged in, attending Zoom calls and convention, connecting with leaders for support, celebrating small wins, and always moving forward.
"This business is simple to understand and highly duplicatable—but it is not without challenges. Growth requires commitment, belief, and perseverance.
"A few fun facts about me: I love to dance, create handmade gemstone jewelry, and enjoy hiking, trekking, camping, and cycling. And while I thrive in many areas, gardening is not one of them—sadly, even a cactus in a tiny pot didn’t survive under my care (yes, really)!
