Well, I’m glad you asked. Here we go!
Director in Training University is…
- Where leaders learn - that’s not only the tagline but it’s THE TRUTH! Donald Bradley personally invites you to join him on an exclusive university session to give you the principles, the practices and the mindset necessary to achieve One-Star Director and beyond.
- Conducted Monthly - DIT University is scheduled for the third Sunday of each month at 3 p.m. ET, 8 p.m. GMT. Occasionally there will be “Master Classes” that are conducted on a spontaneous basis. Timely communication will be sent to qualified DIT University students.
- Serious business - Leadership is serious business! Changing lives is serious business! DIT University is serious business! Here is how it works:
- Once a Rep achieves 30 balanced, you will receive a communication congratulating you on closing in on joining the ranks of a Director in Training.
- Once a Rep achieves 50 balanced, CONGRATULATIONS! You did it. You are now officially a Director in Training and will receive a congratulations notification.
- To be clear, a Director in Training is defined as anyone who:
- Is a qualified REP in good standing with PlanNet Marketing
- Has achieved 50 but no more than 99 balanced toward One-Star Director
- Has never achieved the rank of One-Star Director or higher
- A Rep will then receive a second communication (provided they remain qualified) inviting them to the DITU class that is conducted by Mr. Bradley via Zoom. Here are the qualifications and requirements:
- Invitation to DIT University - a report will be run the Friday prior to the University training.
- To receive the invitation the DIT MUST be qualified at the time the report is run at Friday 5 p.m. ET/10 p.m. GMT.
- The DIT will then receive the invitation to join the DIT University Zoom
- The invitation will be emailed to the DIT on Friday after 5 p.m. ET, 10 p.m. GMT and will come from DIT@plannetmarketing.com
- Should the DIT fall below 50 balanced after the original achievement and not be qualified as of 5 p.m. ET/10 p.m. GMT, the DIT will NOT receive an invitation to the DIT University training and will have to wait until the following month to receive an invitation provided they are qualified and in good standing.
- Information within the DIT University invitation - the following are bullet points of what will be within the communication:
- The Zoom link will be provided.
- A Google form will be provided to RSVP.
- The date and time will be provided.
- Requirements for the DIT:
- Camera MUST BE on
- Must be on time
- Must be qualified at 50 balanced or greater
- Must do the work assigned
