PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Hayley Stinchcomb to the 20/20 Club! Hayley tells us, "I am from Southampton but moved to Wirral, Merseyside a year ago as we found our dream home. My interests inlcude travel, eating out (i’m such a foodie), weight training to stay strong physically and mentally, and of course, spending time with my beautiful family and friends. I have had the privilege to travel to 21 countries and also lived in Australia for two years! My little boy is 23 months old and has just been on his sixth holiday, we can’t wait to show him the world.
"I am achieving success by being consistent, coachable and also relatable, which would be my top tip. Be RELATABLE; people join people, not the product. Show them that they could have this too, don’t just tell them. Show up and keep going even when do you don’t feel like it, that’s when the magic happens.
"I would say I have been successful because I have listened to other leaders, duplicated their success and most importantly I have taken action and put the work in. There's no secret to success, you get out what you put in.
"A fun fact about me – I’m happiest when I am on holiday."
