I was a police officer in London for 21.5 years and discovered this business in 2019. I worked it around my career but have now retired from the police so I work this around my grandchildrem and other commitments now.
"I am a nanny to three - Lilly (8), Mabel (3) a little boy who is 11 days old and not been named yet. Since retiring in 2022, I spent 2023 travelling and cruising and have been to so many new destinations, my favourite being Mexico. I also ventured on my first river cruise setting off from Vienna with a group of other agents. We sailed down the Danube visiting about four countries. I've been able to take my granddaughters travelling too and last year we visited Disneyland Paris and Corfu.
"I am absolutely loving my business and have a wonderful community around me which helps me as we encourage and support each other and cheer each other on, which I am finding is helping me. Mindset is everything and I'm enjoying the morning and lunchtime IMVs; reading is a new thing for me. My tip is just keep going and don’t quit!!
"An interesting fact about me is that in 2004 when the Queen Mother died, I was chosen as one of the police officers who guarded her as she lay in state,. This was definitely a privilege and one of the highlights of my career."
