Meet New 20/20 Club Member Joycelyn Way!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Joycelyn Way to the 20/20 Club! Joycelen was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and currently resides with her family in North Wales, PA. She tells us, "I have devoted over 20 years to the welfare, academic advocacy, family support and educator partnership on behalf of children and young adults of Philadelphia and surrounding counties. I have spent many of these years helping families prevent the removal of their children, reunify with their children, and assisting those families looking to create forever homes for children in need. As a current child and family therapist, I spend countless hours being present for others, educating and empowering families. It remains a priority of mine that I maintain my own self-care. My favorite form of self-care has been traveling since I became a young adult. I have traveled the world, determined to learn and experience different cultures. I am a wife and mother of three beautiful children (ages 12, 10 and 2). I introduced my love of travel to my children at a young age, and they have grown to be explorers and world travelers in their own right. I continue to explore the world with my family, making memories that will last a lifetime. I am not only passionate about helping others; I also enjoy cooking, crafting, party planning and just being a MOM.

"I am approaching my one-year anniversary in the business in July. I believe that the most rewarding part about this business is being part of a great team. A team that encourages, pushes, lifts you up on good and bad days. The level of support received is unmatched from not only the team that I am connected to (although they are the Best), but also some of the Directors I have been in the presence of. The advice that I would pass along is to find yourself a 'Mentor' and an 'Accountability Partner.' They are an important piece to your puzzle.  Be sure to plug into meetings, get to know the ins and outs of your business. Become a Specialist in your own business. Show up for yourself before you expect others to show up for you. I achieved 20/20 by showing up for my business daily, listening to the presentation as often as I could so that I was comfortable enough sharing the business to any and everyone who I thought could benefit from the opportunity as well as those who I wasn't sure if they could benefit.

"A fun fact about myself....I was a plus size model for several years. I was featured in Plus Size Magazine, Plus Size Blog, crowned a Queen in Plus Size Pageant in Philadelphia as well as selected as a Model for a National Swimsuit Campaign."
