PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Julie Ballantyne to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, "I live in Dundee, Scotland with my husband, Stephen, and our little dog, Buddy. I have two adult sons who are both also involved with the travel business. I have been fortunate to have travelled to many varied places over the years and working with both the travel and marketing businesses is allowing me to travel to so many more. My bucket list grows constantly as I discover places I hadn’t even considered! I love to experience new cultures and foods that these places offer. In 2022, both my sons, Stephen and I flew to Las Vegas where we got married, before flying on to San Francisco and New York as part of our trip. We had such an amazing time and being able to share it with my sons made it even more special.
"I would say my success so far has been due to following the process that is already in place. Being consistent is key, even on the days you don’t feel motivated, and it becomes habit. It is a roller coaster of high and low emotions, but you need to learn to enjoy the journey and not compare yourself to anyone else. We are all part of the same business but all for different reasons and everyone is on their own path.
"I share the amazing business opportunity with whoever will listen by showing my passion for travel and being relatable. I set myself goals and break them down into smaller achievable goals. I regularly attend online training to learn and grow as a person. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone helps me develop confidence and in turn become a better leader to my team.
