We call our area the '7' cities composing of Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, and Chesapeake because the cities are so close together it is like one big family. I currently reside in Carrollton, VA which is in a small town near Smithfield between Suffolk and Newport News.
"I have several interests as I am the assistant coach for the Hampton High School girls track team. I love to be outdoors, watch and play sports, garden, DIY projects, and crafts, making anything from gift baskets to t-shirts. My spiritual gift is healing and I have been a Physician Assistant for 11 years working in family practice and internal medicine. I am also heavily involved in my community as I served on the Isle of Wight School Board last year.
"Being an Army brat exposed me early on to traveling. Some of the amazing places I’ve traveled to were Okinawa, Tokyo, and Panama. I love learning about new cultures, food and seeing through the lens of others.

"Success didn’t come quickly in this business for me. I will say it has been a humbling experience because my natural intelligence has carried me far in my career in medicine. However, I have always had the ability to make long term goals and achieve them. I truly believe things worth having are worth working hard for.
