I have a passion for personal development and love going to the gym, eating out and holidays! I’ve travelled to lots of different places and some of my favourites include Dubai, New York and the Dominican Republic. I also travel regularly to visit family such as in Spain and Portland, Oregon.
I’m achieving success in PlanNet Marketing because of the following:
- A burning desire to change the circumstances of myself, family and friends. I left behind a 6-figure salary in the corporate world which wasn’t fulfilling me anymore. Now I’m working PlanNet full-time alongside my Mindset Coaching business and cannot wait to achieve all I have planned with it.
- Discipline and consistency. I’m someone who doesn’t let life get in the way of what I know needs to be done on a daily basis. I’ve gone through trauma just like everyone else, such as losing my baby to a still birth in July earlier this year. However, I know that it’s my responsibility to lead. I have a team, clients and family who are relying on me to continue showing up always.
- I developed my skills. I had no travel or social media experience when I joined. I was a massive introvert (and I still am), however I understood my business needed a better version of me to succeed. I Googled stuff a lot! And also invested in courses and workshops to get better at social media and NWM which is now being duplicated to my team and other teams we collaborate with.
- I’m an action taker. I know the more I do, the further I’ll get. Also, the more I do, the better I’ll get. I do not stop ever. I’ve got a very strong work ethic and it’s definitely been a big part of my success today."
If I was going to give anyone any advice to help them get to Director, I’d say trust the process. This wasn’t an overnight success for me. People joined the business after me and got their stars before me. I’ve had days where I’ve loved the business, and days I’ve felt frustrated, but I knew that if I quit I’d lose and if I never quit, I’d eventually win. If you’re taking the action consistently and working on yourself every day you will eventually get to where you want to be – I promise you. Keep going! <3"
