MOST ASKED QUESTION: Can a new prospect sign up as a Rep and purchase an ITA before they have their E-Trader License and Advertiser permits?
YES THEY CAN. Go ahead and sign them up, then have them start the process of getting those ASAP.
The E-Trader license allows them to make sales (selling is not permitted until they receive the licensing). The Advertiser permit gives them permission to discuss either business online/social media (no posting until they receive the permit).
