The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Amanda Westmoreland

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
Born in San Diego, California. Raised all over the world, in a US Navy Seal family and we lived all over the world. My husband and our 2 daughters split our time between the US and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Prior to Cabo San Lucas, we lived in Dubai (UAE), London (UK), and Melbourne (AUS). Husband and I are high school sweethearts from Coronado, CA. Hobbies include traveling, being a foodie, reading biographies and memoirs.  A One-Star Director, and on my way to a Three-Star within the next 12 months. 

2.​ How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Over four years, I have improved my verbal and written communication by collaborating with colleagues, engaging in project management, and delivering presentations. I have contributed as part of a team, and developed skills in managing people, delegating tasks, and working in harmony with others. I have become more adaptable and resilient, able to pivot and innovate in response to new challenges, technologies, and market shifts.

3​. What drives you​;​ what motivates you?
A desire to learn and develop new skills is a huge motivator. I enjoy pushing my boundaries and becoming better in my personal and professional life, this drives me to set ambitious goals.

Confident, Passionate, and Generous 

5​.​ If you had​ some sound advice to give​ to anyone​ what would​‌ ​it be? 
Always be honest in your dealings and transparent about the business opportunities and challenges. This integrity will build long-term trust and a solid reputation.

6. What does your life look like five years from now?
Living in Cabo with our daughters who will be 14 and 12. Traveling more. Being a Five-Star Director.
