Congratulations to Lauren Brookes for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I grew up in Buckinghamshire, then at 18 I moved to London. My husband and I lived in New York for two years and have been settled in North London for the past 20 plus years, where we live with our two teens.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Going from finance to stay-at-home mum to a PlanNet Marketing representative took work, with some skills being transferable. Our daily IMV and reading helped me hugely with my personal development. When I lost most of my business, it took maturity, drive, knowledge and resilience to start again. But when a leader has been in the trenches - and come back again, they can truly empathise and support their team in their own harder times.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My two children, who I know are going to need more support than others will in life, motivate me on a daily basis. Plus the power of our business. Knowing I have already secured my children's future, when I am no longer here because of PlanNet and that it is only going to increase. That and helping others do the same drives me constantly.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My father was my role model, because of his success in his career and his incredible work ethic. He was another mentor within my business, and he tracked my numbers daily! My father made CEO at 50 and retired at 53 – what a role model. Very sadly, he died unexpectedly days before I achieved my Directorship...he never knew.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Driven, Hardworking and Winner.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Go all in with your business, help as many people as you can, don't gate keep what we have in our hands and most importantly, something my mentor taught me – it's not up to me to decide who this business is or isn't suited to!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I will have helped 1000s of people because of PlanNet Marketing. I will have multiple Directors within my organisation. I will have achieved the ultimate time, location and financial freedom.
