1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born in Brighton and now live in West Sussex, UK, with my husband and our two boys. We’re a busy, adventure-loving family who adore travelling together and making memories around the world. My background includes 19 years as cabin crew, which sparked my lifelong passion for travel. I now run a successful travel business and love mentoring others to create income on their terms. My hobbies include fitness, cooking, spending time with friends, and of course, planning our next holiday!
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, I’ve stepped into a more empowered version of myself. I’ve grown in confidence as a leader, learned how to build a strong team culture, and developed the mindset and skills to help others achieve freedom through travel. It’s been transformational, not just professionally, but personally, too.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My biggest motivation is my family. I want to be present for my children while also showing them what’s possible when you work hard and dream big. I’m driven by the desire to create time and financial freedom—not just for myself, but for the incredible people I get to work with every day.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I really admire women who break the mould—those who build successful businesses while staying true to their values and prioritising their families. I’m inspired by leaders who lead with integrity, take bold action, and lift others as they rise. It reminds me what’s possible when passion meets purpose.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Driven, Compassionate, Resilient.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don’t wait until you feel “ready.” Start now, start where you are, and learn as you go. Progress beats perfection every time. And surround yourself with people who lift you higher—it changes everything.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, I see myself living even more freely, with a thriving international team and an even stronger business that allows us to travel the world as a family. I’ll be continuing to mentor others, helping them design lives they love—on their terms, with total freedom and flexibility.
