The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Danielle ONeill
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born in Liverpool, IL but currently live in Birmingham with my five children and husband. I was Miss England in 2004 and I travelled to China to be in Miss World which was a fantastic experience. My favourite hobby is travelling and making memories with my family.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Being in the television business, everyone expects me to be outgoing and confident but I was far from it. I am actually shy, so being part of PlanNet has made me come out of my shell and gain so much confidence and I’ve met some amazing people.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Wanting the best life possible for my children is what drives me. I’ve always worked hard but having a business that is willable to my children is fantastic motivation.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My friend, Cassie, who brought me into this business is a fantastic role model. She is so motivated and driven and has been so helpful in pushing me to achieve my goals.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Caring, honest and driven.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Never dwell on the past and follow your dreams. You can achieve anything you put your mind to. I believe you attract what you put out and am really into positivity.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, I see myself as a Five-Star Director continuing to help people achieve their own goals. Obviously I’ll be doing this from a sun lounger somewhere in the world. 🌎
