The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Gisele Waldron

1. Personal: Where you were born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights.
My name is Gisele Waldron, born in Kingston, Jamaica but currently residing in Montego Bay for the past 15 years. I'm happily married with two sons. I'm a true extrovert and absolutely love meeting people and building strong relationships.

I have a passion for business and have been an entrepreneur for over 25 years. I love reading books about business and how to gain success.

2.  How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining the PlanNet , I have definitely been exposed to a network of like-minded people who are passionate about success. The personal development skills and abilities gained have truly positioned me to dream bigger, to expect greatness and to empower people along this journey to financial freedom. Having a minimum of 100 persons aligned to me reminds me that this business is so much bigger than me and our successes are a collaborative effort. No man is an island. I win, they win and vice versa.

3 . What drives you; what motivates you?
My motivation is my two boys and the need to provide them with a much better life than the one I had growing up. While financial stability is important, teaching them the fundamentals of life and helping them to find their purpose and pursuits are of utmost importance and the driving force behind being a successful mom.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Eric Thoms is my all-time role model as he is proof that you shouldn't allow your circumstances to define you or shape your future. One of his most powerful quotes, “When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful” is my daily motivation to always keeping growing; always keep pushing and keep my eye on the prize.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Strong-willed, helpful and passionate.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone, what would  it be?
Sound advice - Always be your true authentic self. You are uniquely you - created with purpose, on purpose. The point at which you stop comparing yourself to others is the moment you will find your true potential. Focus on finding your passion and pursue it with all your heart.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
My life in five years - RETIRED from my 9-5 job, pursuing PlanNet Marketing on a full-time basis and basking in the freedoms the business offers - Time freedom to travel and spend more time with family and Financial freedom to do so at any cost.
