The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Hoa Sypolt

1.‌ ‌Where‌ ‌were‌ ‌you‌ ‌born‌ ‌and‌ ‌raised;‌ ‌current‌ ‌city;‌ ‌family;‌ ‌hobbies;‌ ‌past‌ ‌business‌ ‌highlights.‌ ‌
I was born in Saigon, Vietnam. My family fled our home country on a boat in 1985. We stayed in a Thailand refugee camp for about 2 years. We came to Columbia, SC in 1987, where I still reside. I am 43 with two boys. I have been a licensed nail technician and esthetician for over 20 years. I am also a professional live event and wedding painting artist. Among all these professions, travel has always been an intrinsic part of what motivates me to constantly seek growth, mentally and financially.

2.‌ ‌How‌ ‌have‌ ‌you‌ ‌grown‌ ‌or‌ ‌personally‌ ‌developed‌ ‌since‌ ‌joining‌ ‌PlanNet?‌ ‌
Since joining PlanNet, I have grown in leaps and bounds. All the personal development books like First Year in Network Marketing, How to Win Friends and Influence People, Go Pro, and Building an Empire, etc., have completely changed the game for me. I have become more unwavering in my belief of a better way to create wealth. I am ever evolving into a better person and leader. I am so proud of the person I am becoming.

3.‌ ‌What‌ ‌drives‌ ‌you;‌ ‌what‌ ‌motivates‌ ‌you?‌ ‌
I am driven by my family. Because of their sacrifices, I am forever indebted to doing all that I can in order to financially take care of them. I am motivated by truly helping as many people in the process to be able to do the same thing.

4.‌ ‌Who‌ ‌would‌ ‌you‌ ‌consider‌ ‌a‌ ‌role‌ ‌model‌ ‌and‌ ‌why?‌ ‌
My father is my role model. He has witnessed his son being kidnapped by Thai pirates. He was shot during the Vietnam war. Still, he has persevered and has never complained. He has worked hard his entire life. He is a self-taught man who always kept going. He told me that if “I still have the energy, I should use it.” I think of him, and I think of doing my best no matter the circumstances. He is my hero. Because of him, I will never give up on my dreams.

5.‌ ‌The‌ ‌three‌ ‌words‌ ‌that‌ ‌describe‌ ‌me‌ ‌best‌ ‌are:‌ ‌
Straightforward, passionate, and purposeful. Life is precious so I am grateful for the opportunity to live it with the purpose of helping as many people as possible to have a positive mindset. A positive mindset will create a successful life.

6.‌  ‌If‌ ‌you‌ ‌had‌ ‌some‌ ‌sound‌ ‌advice‌ ‌to‌ ‌give‌ ‌to‌ ‌anyone‌ ‌what‌ ‌would‌ ‌it‌ ‌be?‌ ‌
My advice is for you to continue to show up for your success without any excuses. You cannot miss trainings and events. You will learn something valuable every single time that is going to move you one step closer to growing in your business. Don’t wait for others to validate or motivate you. Think of your reasons for starting and more of the reasons for persevering. Never ever give up when things get hard. Surround yourself with people who inspire you to have the things that you want. You cannot skip the process because the process is what is going to strengthen you enough to see this through the long haul.

7.‌ ‌What ‌does‌ ‌your‌ ‌life‌ ‌look‌ ‌like‌ ‌five‌ ‌years‌ ‌from‌ ‌now?‌ ‌
Five years from now, I will be a Six-Star Director, becoming the first millionaire in my family. I will be an international leader to many families looking to change their financial bloodline. PlanNet will be my full-time commitment
