1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in Wisconsin and now live in coastal North Carolina. I’m part of a big blended family with 10 kids, so life is full and busy in the best way. I love travel, beach time, coffee, and creating meaningful experiences with family and friends.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
PlanNet has helped me grow as a leader, mentor, and business owner. I’ve gained confidence, clarity, and the ability to lead with both strategy and heart
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I’m driven by impact, helping others believe in themselves, grow, and create more freedom in their lives.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I admire leaders who lead with integrity, consistency, and compassion, and who focus on developing people, not just numbers.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Resilient, passionate, and committed.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Stay consistent, stay coachable, and don’t quit before the results have time to show up.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
A life with time and financial freedom, a strong organization of leaders, and the ability to travel, mentor, and enjoy life with my family.
