1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born in Uzbekistan, raised in Russia, and moved to the United States in 2008 looking for better opportunities and the chance to build my dream life. I currently live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my amazing husband, Artem, and our daughter, Angelina, who is turning nine this year.
Professionally, I have worked in logistics for more than 12 years and currently manage a successful logistics company in the Pittsburgh area. Before PlanNet, my life was mostly work and family, and I honestly didn't think I had time for hobbies. Today, travel has become one of my biggest passions - and surprisingly, so has building my business. I genuinely enjoy learning, attending events, meeting new people, and helping others grow.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
PlanNet has helped me discover a completely different side of myself. I started reading personal-development books, attending trainings and events, traveling more, speaking in front of groups, and constantly pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. Even my English improved through all the communicating, presenting, and learning.
Most importantly, I stopped seeing myself only as a wife, mom, employee, and manager. I discovered that I could be a businesswoman and a leader. I have become more confident, more open to new experiences, and much more intentional about my own personal growth.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Helping other people succeed motivates me the most. I especially love working with people who remind me of myself - busy moms, immigrants, employees, and people who believe they don't have enough time or don't yet see what they are capable of.
I want to see Directors and strong leaders growing around me. Whether someone's dream is leadership, additional income, more travel, more confidence, or simply creating more choices for their family, seeing them succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of this business for me.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
One of my biggest role models in this business is Director Yana Ponce.
In 2023, during my first year with PlanNet, Director Ponce encouraged me to attend my very first Convention in Florida as her guest. The picture I'm sharing with this Spotlight is actually from that Convention.
I barely knew anything about the business at the time. I flew to Florida not really knowing anyone there except a few people I had met through Zoom. I didn't fully understand why I was going or what to expect.
Director Ponce saw something in me that I couldn't see in myself yet. That Convention completely changed my vision. I saw what was possible, and my thinking changed from "Can I really do this?" to "Why not me?"
Three years later, the girl in that picture who barely knew why she was going to Convention is returning this year as a One-Star Director and one of PlanNet's Top 500 income earners.
Sometimes other people can see the potential in us before we can see it ourselves. Director Ponce did that for me, and now I hope to be that person for someone else.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Driven. Positive. Empowering.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Stop saying you don't have time and start looking at your priorities. For years, I believed I didn't have time either. What I was really missing was a vision strong enough to change my priorities.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you start. Have a strong WHY, be willing to learn, and keep going even when you don't feel completely ready.
And if you're building this business - go to Convention! Sometimes you need to get into the room and see what is possible before you can believe it is possible for you.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I see myself continuing to build a successful business surrounded by Directors and strong leaders who are achieving their own dreams. Most importantly, I want to look around and see people succeeding, knowing I played a small part in helping them believe bigger and create more choices for themselves and their families.
Personally, I would love to grow our family and have another child. Watching Angelina grow has taught me how quickly the years pass and how valuable time really is. I want the freedom to work from anywhere, be present with my husband and children, travel the world together, and create memories while continuing to build something meaningful.
When I was younger, I thought success meant working hard enough to create a better life. Today, I see it differently.
Success is having the freedom to actually live the life you worked so hard to create.
