1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I’m from Sheffield in the UK. I’m the oldest of 7, so I come from a very busy household. You’ll currently find me squeezing in a trip around doing a renovation that is one of the biggest challenges I’ve taken on.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet I’ve grown into a more elevated person, knowing the only limit is my mind.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I’m driven by the freedom formula this business offers. The uncapped income is something that still to this day blows my mind. In the corporate world you climb the ladder and it’s hard work; in this business, it’s a reward based on effort. The more effort you put in, the more you get out. Why would anyone want to cap their worth?
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My mentor, Lyndsey G., is a total inspiration to me because she has remained her authentic self throughout the past 6 years I have worked alongside her. The income and freedom she now has is unmatched but the personality and attitude that comes with that has remained the same.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Fun, energetic and passionate.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
If you were to tell me 6 years ago I would have the opportunities I have now, I would have probably believed you but the inner me would have doubted it. Don’t put a cap on your self worth, income and freedom by being afraid of the “what if” or “what do they think.” Your life is for you to live how you want to, so take the risk, be bold, be brave and just embrace it. Who wants to live the norm? That would be pretty boring, right? Don’t look back and regret what you didn’t do, look back and think wow, I really did do that.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
The dream and 5 year goal is life on my terms. Now I know this is cliche, but as I’ve said throughout this post, why cap? Why not believe? Why not take risks? My journey has not been perfect and I’ve learnt a lot about myself and other people along the way, but I wouldn’t change it. I’m not naive to the fact the next 5 years will be hard to achieve what I want from life and this business, but nothing worth having comes without sacrifice or hard work. So here’s to the next 5 years and building a life that I won’t ever regret.
