The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Kimberly Herring

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born in Goldsboro, NC and currently live in Columbia, SC. My favorite hobby is traveling and experiencing different cultures. I am a One-Star Director and 40/40 Club member.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown in many areas since joining this business. I now have the mindset to dream bigger. Before this business, I didn’t know how important and beneficial it was to work on personal development through reading and following the correct leaders/mentors. Now it’s something I’m committed to doing on a daily basis.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I’m motivated when I see ordinary people achieve extraordinary things with this opportunity. I love helping others add additional income to their household and become business owners while securing a legacy for their family.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My mother is my role model. She instilled in me at a very young age to always trust and believe in God, to treat others as I would want to be treated, and never let anyone tell me I couldn’t do what I set my mind to.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Passionate, Ambitious, and Committed.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would‌ it be?
Don’t allow anyone else’s fears to stop you from accomplishing what God has placed in your path to do. Plug in, listen to your coaches, and trust their guidance. Never give up! Never forget your WHY! Be patient and consistent in your business and you will reap the reward.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In the next five years, I will be married and living the life of my dreams. I will travel the world and help others gain their time freedom, personal freedom, and financial freedom. I will continue to grow an amazing team and produce numerous directors. My name will be on Mr. Bradley's plaque as one of his first 100 millionaires.
