The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Kymberly Caldwell

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born in Concord, North Carolina and raised in Asheville, the mountains of western North Carolina. I now reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. I worked as a Medical Office Manager for the family business for 24 years. In all actuality, I started working in the third grade, after school and every summer.

I lost my job in 2016 , the same year I was invited to join my sponsor, Terra Lyles-George, in the business. I had been introduced to the industry of network marketing by my parents in my mid-30s in the health and wellness industry and had honestly sworn off the industry in order to build my brand, Faith Girl. I joined PlanNet Marketing to get paid on something I wanted to do more of: TRAVEL.

I love spending time with family and friends, live music, and of course, traveling and sightseeing. I especially have a passion for Rooftops and Residual Income conversations. My hobbies include exercising, not because I love it, but because it is necessary. And let’s toss in shopping!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have learned not to be “as emotional’ when it comes to hearing the word “No." I have learned to be very proud of the industry of network marketing and have no qualms about declaring that I love God and residual income as well as network marketing. I have become more disciplined overall and aware of the need to read more and personally develop. I still have a lot of room for growth.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I found myself at 45 unemployed with no retirement starting life all over again. I am forced to be driven. I also have aging parents who have always provided for me and I desire to be in a  position that should they ever need anything, they are covered. As a “brick and mortar baby,” I am driven to help others learn about the industry of network marketing because it truly offers time, financial and personal freedom. Our family business owned our lives 24/7/365, holidays and vacations as well.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My parents have been role models for me by operating a successful medical practice for 38 years. I have great respect for Mr. Bradley and what he has established and accomplished in the industry of network marketing. His posture during the global pandemic was contagious, and as a result, our team grew and we maintained our directorship status: Business As Usual. His passion to create 100 Millionaires is extremely admirable. I had the privilege of working with the late Silas King before his passing during the pandemic. He helped me to change my mindset on “chasing money.” He stated, “Good people do good things with money.”

5. The three words that describe me best are:
I am Determined, Persistent and Kind.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would‌ it be?
Believe in yourself. Become the leader you desire to have. There is no secret sauce; YOU ARE IT. Do what you love and you will never WORK another day in your life. Life is short; live it well and EAT TO LIVE. Your health is more important to me than your wealth.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I don’t want to underestimate myself over the next five years. I am not even who I am yet. Transparently, I have not given it my all. I have had many distractions. However, I do expect money to no longer be a master but an excellent servant. I expect to be completely debt free, owning multiple properties and a school to teach network marketing and budgeting. The Underground Railroad is not over yet; there is a lot of work to be done. I want to leave my mark on the planet at large.
