The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Marina Lisitsyn

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised in Ukraine and moved to the United States at 19 years old. I currently live in Southwest Florida. I spent 15 years working in the corporate world, which taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work.

I am a believer, a mom of four, and my youngest is two years old, so life is beautifully full and extremely busy. I’ve always loved traveling, personal development, experiencing new cultures, and spending quality time with loved ones. My faith and family guide everything I do and have shaped the life I am intentionally building.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, I’ve experienced growth beyond what I imagined. I’ve developed stronger confidence, leadership skills, and self-belief. I’ve learned to step outside my comfort zone, show up consistently, and help others recognize what’s possible for their lives, even when they’re busy.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I’m driven by freedom — freedom of time, location, and choice. I’m motivated by creating options for my family and helping others do the same, whether that means extra income, flexibility, or the ability to travel and live life on their own terms.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I’m constantly observing, learning from, and admiring my leaders. Mr. and Mrs. Hampton and Yana Ponce are incredible role models to me. They are paving the way for success for both me and my team through their leadership, consistency, and belief in people. I’m extremely grateful to be learning and growing under their guidance.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Driven, resilient, and growth-focused.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would‌ it be?
Don’t wait for the perfect time. Start where you are, use what you have, and stay consistent. Growth happens when you take action before you feel ready.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I see a life filled with financial freedom, time flexibility, meaningful travel, and a thriving community of people I’ve helped succeed. I envision working by choice, not obligation, and living a life aligned with my faith, family, and purpose.
