The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Maureen Archey

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born and raised on the south side of Chicago and still currently reside here with my husband, Bill. I’m the product of a single mom SHERO and the youngest daughter of three.  I love to ski, I love old classy items, traveling, time with church family and other friends and family. I volunteer in my very tight-knit neighbor circle building strong community ties.

My past business highlights are with a lot of help from my leaders and team of champions, becoming a One-Star Director in 10 months of starting my PlanNet Marketing business as well as striving to not just maintain but stretch well beyond One-Star – Ten-Star (once it’s created).  I have also created Gold Builders and am looking to become a Director-maker many times over as I continue to learn how to become a better leader.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I’ve grown in reconnecting with many business partners and helping them get on the road to achieving their goals. It’s also been nice to see friends and family have travel experiences and bond with their friends and family as they travel together.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I’m driven by seeing the people around me prosper by taking on a new mindset when it comes to managing financial goals and creating a new way of contributing by understanding community stewardship. Helping each other achieve more. We all win as we help someone else understand and execute these principles.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role models in PlanNet Marketing are people who model success through the results they achieve. Not just sharing concepts, but showing through personal examples how to achieve those results. Those who are not afraid to fail and take notes from those failures make adjustments, pivot and become better because of it.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Generous, Tenacious, Compassionate.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would‌ it be?
Find what grounds you. For me, it’s God first, people second (including me), and money last. I meditate on biblical principles. Follow your path, but REMAIN in STUDENT mode. Be humble!! Read the following: Your First Year in Network Marketing by Mark Yarnell and Rene Reid Yarnell, The Four Agreements by don Miguel Ruiz, and Building an Empire by Brian Carruthers. Also check out anything written by Brené Brown. Use the tools and examples of those who have been successful ahead of you and create a process that fits your goals and especially the goals of those connected to you. Ask questions.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Within the next five years, I plan to have retired my mom and I will be earning a multi six figure or more income with PlanNet Marketing.
