The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Natasha Agee

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I was born in Selma, Alabama and raised in Maplesville, Alabama. I currently live in Montgomery, Alabama. My husband and I have two sons, ages 12 and 8. I love to sing, dance, and give life in my healthcare field.

2.​ How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Although I’m not perfect and have a lot of work to do personally, being in the PlanNet has made it hard for me to quit when things aren’t going well. It has also helped me tap into the professional Natasha.

3​. What drives you​;​ what motivates you?
The Pledge motivates me. I am currently a One-Star Director and am proud to be at this level, but I’m pushing to go much higher. I’m determined to leave much more behind to my boys.

4. Who would you consider​ a​ role model and why?
Choosing just one person is extremely hard with so many wonderful role models within the PlanNet, but I would say Mr. and Mrs. Bradley coming out of 2022 Convention because of the AGREEMENT! The vision, the sacrifices made, the seeds sown over the years, and now the harvest. That class was so good I attended both days and am still speechless.

5. The three words that describe me​ best​ are​:  
Committed, hardworking, and strong.

6​.​ If you had​ some sound advice to give​ to anyone​ what would​‌ ​it be? 
The only difference between a rich man and a poor man is what they do in their spare time. Commit to doing only income-producing activities! 

7. What does your life look like five years from now? 
Five years from now, I will be much more successful in the PlanNet with all my bills on autopay, owning multiple properties, retired from my 9-to-5 along with my husband, schooling my sons on the road, and living my best life with the people I love the most!
