The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Nathalie Webb

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
My name is Nat and I am from Cobham, in Surrey England. I am a wife, mum of two boys and a ful-time teacher and boarding house mistress in a boarding school. Prior to becoming an online business owner, I was and still am a teacher to secondary school pupils.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining, my personal growth has been remarkable. I've developed a habit of reading more, which has broadened my knowledge and perspective. Surrounding myself with like-minded individuals who share a passion for success and business growth has been a game-changer. This supportive network not only motivates me but also provides valuable insights and opportunities.

Moreover, my social circle has expanded, allowing me to connect with diverse and inspiring individuals. What's truly special is that some of my business partners have evolved into my closest friends. The synergy we share in both professional and personal aspects has strengthened our bonds and created a fulfilling journey of growth and achievement.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My motivation stems from a deep-seated desire to assist others, particularly ordinary individuals like myself who may feel a bit adrift or simply seek more from life. This business offers opportunities, and if I can contribute by presenting choices that were once beyond their reach, that's really amazing.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I dont have a specific role model but I admire anyone who goes against the grain to give something a go to better themselves. I've consistently supported the underdog. Nurturing teenagers professionally entails being a cheerleader for them, especially when they're feeling down or questioning their worth. Having been through similar experiences, I aim for my team to not only possess what I have but to also achieve much more.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Loyal, encouraging, energetically infectious. That's four sorry!

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would‌ it be?
Embrace the moment and give it a go! Pursue your dreams with full determination, as the only opportunities you miss are the ones you never seize. Taking that initial step might feel daunting, but it's the pathway to unlocking your potential and reaching new heights. Remember, the journey to success begins with a single courageous decision. Embrace the unknown, take risks, and watch as your dreams unfold before you.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, I envision attaining the rank of a Four- nearly Five-Star Director, having played a significant role in empowering thousands of individuals, much like myself, to pursue their dreams. I'll have transitioned from the teaching profession, dedicating my days to relishing the experience of raising my own teenage boys instead of nurturing others' children all whilst continuing to inspire others to follow their dreams and take the leap of faith!
