The Leadership Spotlight Shines On: Rochele Bateman

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family hobbies; past business highlights.
I’m a Kansas mom of five (all under 12) and married to my best friend of 15 years. After a decade of teaching Kindergarten, I stepped into full-time entrepreneurship. Today, I own a food truck and run a rapidly growing business with PlanNet. With entrepreneurial parents and a red personality, building businesses is in my blood—but what drives me most is helping others create real freedom and purpose through this opportunity.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I’ve always been a leader—but the tools within our company gave me the strategy to scale it. I learned how to grow income in a way that’s efficient, impactful, and aligned with my family priorities.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Discipline is what keeps me going—it’s the habit behind my growth and my team’s momentum. I stay motivated by hitting new milestones and helping capable people step into an opportunity that doesn’t require burning out to get ahead.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Yana Ponce is one of my biggest role models. She leads with strength, clarity, and heart. Watching how she balances leadership, family, and vision has inspired me. She’s the kind of woman who reminds you what’s possible and will go out of her way to show you how to get there.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
Tiny but Mighty.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would‌ it be?
Take notes.
Track every small win.
Track every lead.
Keep track of your daily income-producing activities.
And above all, know your team—their strengths, their goals, and their why.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I’m on a Zoom call from the beach - celebrating my team’s wins—rank advancements, new income milestones, and the freedom they’ve created.
